What Good Looks Like: Three JDs Worth Copying

The best inclusive JDs do not announce themselves. They are simply clearer, more concrete, and more honest than average — and that clarity does the inclusion work.

Look for: a one-sentence role summary, a 90-day outcomes list, transparent salary, named hiring manager, and a single contact for access requests. If a JD has those five things, it is already in the top decile.
