Accessibility statement
A site about inclusive hiring has to be inclusive itself. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across all pages, and to design defensively for autistic, dyslexic, ADHD, low-vision, and screen-reader users.
What we do
- Plain language. Short sentences. Concrete words.
- Visible focus rings on every interactive element and a skip-to-content link.
- Semantic HTML and proper heading hierarchy on every page.
- Keyboard-only navigation works everywhere; no mouse-only controls.
- The rewriter output region uses
aria-liveso screen readers announce streamed text. - No autoplaying media, no surprise sounds, and animations respect
prefers-reduced-motion. - Colour contrast is checked against WCAG AA at minimum.
Known limitations
- The display headings use a serif (Libre Baskerville). Body text uses IBM Plex Sans which is more dyslexia-friendly.
- The rewriter relies on a third-party AI model. We can't guarantee its output is accessible — please review before publishing.
