Frequently asked questions

Everything teams usually want to know before they paste in their first job description.

What does Neuro-Inclusive Write actually do?

It rewrites your existing job description so it is clearer, more concrete, and more welcoming to autistic candidates — without changing the role itself. You paste in a JD, optionally pick an industry template, and get back a rewritten version plus a short list of what changed.

Do you store the job descriptions I paste in?

No. The text you paste is sent to our AI provider to generate the rewrite and is not stored on our servers. Recent rewrites are kept locally in your browser only, so they are visible to you and not to us.

Is this an official autism organisation?

No. Neuro-Inclusive Write is an independent tool. The guidance it follows is informed by published research and lived experience, but we are not a clinical or diagnostic service. For organisational training, partner with a specialist neurodiversity consultancy in your country.

Will an AI rewrite get the role wrong?

It can. Treat every output as a strong first draft, not a finished JD. A human who knows the role should always review it before publishing.

Why focus on autistic candidates specifically?

Vague or idiom-heavy job ads disproportionately exclude autistic applicants and many other neurodivergent readers, including dyslexic and ADHD candidates. The same edits that help autistic readers tend to make ads clearer for everyone.

Can I use the rewriter for languages other than English?

The principles work in any language, but the underlying model is currently optimised for English. Output in other languages may be lower quality.

Is it really free?

Yes — there is no sign-up and no payment. We may add paid team features in the future, but the core rewriter will remain free for individual use.

Can I save my own industry guidance?

Yes. On the Rewriter page you can create custom templates with your own instructions. They are saved in your browser only.
